A the school is entrusted with the task of coordinating student learning so each plant director and teachers who understand the mission of the school in this way should concentrate on the reorganization, transforming the points necessary to fulfill the tasks assigned.

PISA results and ENLACE provides us to rethink the role of managers and teachers in relation to the educational process that takes into schools to rethink where students work with space and time distributed in a flexible classroom, encouraging the organic processes of interrelation participation.

For which is to change the role of managers in this process in this sense they undertake to:

 Promote the increased participation and commitment of all teachers of the institution to meet program goals. 

P ara this, the director in conjunction with the teaching staff has to reflect on the goals of the institution its mission and vision, the part that corresponds to each one of them and their enforcement. hence the debate should be addressed to Institutional Educational Project (PEI). in which they have to consider the goals, mission, vision, SWOT and other elements that will provide a view to teaching the current situation with that school to invite you to participate in the areas of improvement and achievement of the goals that teachers themselves determine the purpose of improving the quality and equity to the extent that allows country's educational policy.

Under the vision of a cool way this regime can not take much to arrive at school's vision is expected is essential to consider the role of education authorities which have to reverse their role as drivers to take the dynamic leadership role to ensure compliance with the targets outlined in the PEI. Therefore the role of director and supervisor will revert to the role of: 

All this from the joint plant with teachers' interests and needs of different stakeholders education.

To this must:

1. Be advocates for the autonomy of its PEI

2. Know how to argue and explain his accomplishments

3. Avoid centralization and bureaucracy

4. keep in touch with their school teachers and other leaders in the area.

This involves the mobilization of the school, which makes it other actors involved and start learning how to learn with others.

As director of the school understands the important part for educational transformation, so this in it:

 The institutional work

 The agency work

 Delegation of tasks

 The display of the mission and vision.
