TEACHING SKILLS


When we have written texts mentioned the teacher we refer to teachers versus Group managers, assistants and deputies to which to be competent in their role as teachers is suggested to be relevant:
1. Reading:
a. Having the habit of reading, namely to promote this among students.
2.
writing
a. Develop test papers, blogs, and publish articles in journals, documents.
3. Knowledge.
a. Possess sufficient knowledge of the contents of your plan and programs, their role, about the students and especially their strategies driving course or educational level.
4. Communication.
a. Able to express themselves correctly, before others, empathetic relationships with their students, to love their profession
5. Troubleshooting.
a. able to solve various problems especially those related to his work and attention to the learning of their students.
6. Collaborative work.
a. able to share experiences, work together, take responsibility and learn to empathize with the group. namely involving members of his group
7. Use of technology.
a. Mastery and ability to apply education programs given by the NSS and the knowledge society.
8. Leadership.
a. Learn to encourage others, coordinate the work of the group, empathize with the members of his collegiate
9. Planning.
a. mentally able to work projects, communicate shared with the group, having a body that allows verbal explain and support the proposal with colleagues, namely to involve most, if not all.
For demonstration of these powers we have the tools and evaluation mechanisms that help us to classify them and distinguish them in 2 large fields. Such as:
