To integrate the management of ICT's in Mexico, for the years 2000 to 2010 with the Enciclomedia program through which it was proposed in the agenda of the technical school the way you would have to organize teachers of fifth and sixth grades to plan educational content and class level. This with the idea of \u200b\u200bincluding the Mexican master within a modern approach to learning.
To do this, consider the Enciclomedia program as an opportunity for teachers to recognize technology as a tool enabling them to enrich their teaching methods, and the program as a program Enciclomedia Interactive designed to support teachers in developing curricula for elementary school. (Agenda 1993).
The main purposes revolved around that teachers (principals, teachers versus Group). Improve the knowledge of material support and resources necessary to recognize and encourage the learning of children. And to strengthen their abilities to plan, organize, develop and evaluate proposals and training activities aimed at teachers. In addition to support for:
A. Improve their knowledge of material support and resources necessary to recognize and encourage learning of children.
B. Develop knowledge and skills to use relevant teaching resources available in the classroom.
C. Strengthen their teaching skills to organize educational work, designing and implementing teaching strategies, and take advantage of information technology and communication as teaching aids.
as the logical This brings the recognition by teachers of learning: I.
It is a natural process in all humans.
II. Is a social process.
III. It is an active process.
IV. Can be both linear and nonlinear.
V. Is integrated and contextualized.
VI. It is based on a constructivist model of learning
VII. This focus on student learning
VIII. Assessed according to the products of the process (through performance and development in the process)
So we refer to the constructivist model of learning referred to considered and still considers both because teacher and student is directed towards an attempt to strengthen their knowledge and mastery of content and approaches of the different subjects in primary education.
For the teacher:
focuses its activities on student learning.
allows the student also cause learning in the same
Relate, questions and interact. Transform
facts.
Consider the level of student understanding. Consider
evaluations with a benchmark
Allows access to communication, collaboration and expression.
This teacher should consider:
or have a basic command of the computer and the main tools Enciclomedia. Incorporate
or their teaching technologies converging in Enciclomedia to promote learning in students.
For this case the training of teachers should and should include up to our times:
Ongoing assistance to a number of consultancies with a method of studies based on the use of ICTs, with activities combine classroom study with distance learning, with access to training from a moving average (laptop), putting together training activities easily accessible.
Managing technological skills
Skills development for the educational use of technology.
So the training of teachers to manage the Enciclomedia was based on a training course, based on a constructivist pedagogy that allowed the autonomy and stability until now so it helps to have clarity on the approach that until now manages the use of ICTs in managing the learning process is handled in school.
As the work of the school revolves around student learning, it is common knowledge that the human factor is most important to you in school for this process and is determined by teachers, students and community, so without a coherent integration of ICT `S with this human factor in the educational process does not benefit the student, this process becomes useless. As the systematic acquisition of knowledge by students is the goal of school work it is understood that such cognitive factor is necessary to consider affection, which makes the two complementary, because no one learns what not to learn, only learn what you love, or what is regarded warmly. So the bean group dynamics considered individual work, for equipment and whole, the student attitudes towards learning and the quality of their products. That is,
Readiness
Curriculum Integration Social integration
Because the teacher
Must be confident and know what it does.
Must have skills in handling ICT and delas TIC `S` E
ter Duty to provide learning skills in open and closed
Must be a facilitator of learning
Be aware involve parents the community in the development of student learning.
must know how to solve problems and make decisions.
user must be a creative and effective use of tools to improve the Apprenticeship. Bibliography
