Under the International Symposium (Analysis of current business and legal constitutional) institutions organized by three students of the Faculty of Law, NTU, on 16, 22 , 23 and April 24 at the Church of the company, as well as on-campus facilities, academic event was held which attracted a large audience university. Ad
jurisdiction, institution committed to research, piloting the tournament and showed again, and over 20 years now, radiating up as institutional support in the organization: tenacity, deployment, commitment and vitality.
Following is a summary of the paper presented at the International Symposium. BASIS
.- Let it be recorded that philosophy, as at the time the qualified Plato and Aristotle, is characterized by pretending the principles and fundamentals that give reason and allow the existence of phenomena. All
philosophical foundation must start from the assumption that, in fact, possible, and this possibility must always be promoted by the specific finding of fact or data that pose the problem.
The data in this case is: are human rights, but what is the point of these? Are these inborn rights of man to be or are historical creations of this? (Rush González: Towards an ontological foundation of human rights through the natural law)
believe that philosophy is able to undertake the task of its reasoning on the grounds that these do not melt themselves, and that philosophy is science principles.
Philosophy is the science of all things by their root causes acquired by the light of reason (Rafael Gambra: What is Philosophy?)
CONCEPTS, PRINCIPLES AND ACHIEVEMENTS .-
is Arnd Pollman, Professor of Philosophy politics at the University of Magdeburg Germany, one of which depicts with fidelity, accuracy, and validity, I believe, the concept, rationale, and implementation of human rights.
considers that human rights are claims, morally grounded, to make political rights.
evidence in this sense a moral, as extracted from the car that moral obligation of man's basic claim that every man is considered a member of a civic community in which human rights prevail. While the fundamental requirement for human rights is to be a member of a public community, where governing human rights is the result of moral responsibility everyone together.
is a legal concept, to the extent that from the basic right to claims arising citizen membership or special requirements should materialize in the form of legal rights. The connotation is legal to the extent that the fundamental right to have rights are specific requirements of constitutional rights.
and also points to a political conception because the recipient of the duties associated with the specific requirements above, are the makers of the respective communities. It has political connotations because the recipients of the obligations arising from such requirements are policy-makers in their communities.
Harm reduction and violence, the care of freedom and access to well-being of its users a tool requires moral, legal and political.
The promotion of the principles as part of a moral culture to take root among us, and the ability to basically become a focus of intercultural consensus or moral universe which translates into minimal Ethics, as stated precisely and accurately Professor Gonzalo Gamio responds to a challenge, and I think also a vital rabies:
